Acute thrombosis in the basilar artery and bilateral cerebellar infarction

Noncontrast brain CT shows high attenuating basilar artery suggesting acute thrombosis. On TOF-MRA, there are no flow in the basilar and both cerebellar arteries. DWI shows acute infraction in the both cerebellar hemispheres.
