Infective aortitis with pseudoaneurysm (Mycotic aneurysm)

On enhanced CT images, a 6.2cm irregular lobulating contrast filling structure is in continuity with the thoracoabdominal junction of the aorta involving and above diaphragm. Note that the complicated loculated right pleural effusion adjacent the aortic lesion.
