Spine MRI 상 T11~ L2 posterior epidural space 에 concave 혹은 oval shape의 T1 slight high SI / T2 heterogenous high SI with internal hypointense foci 갖는 elongated lesion 이 보임 (yellow arrows). 이로 인해 spinal cord 가 앞쪽으로 밀리면서 눌려있음 (red arrows). 전형적인 spinal EDH 소견이며, 감별진단으로는 spinal epidural abscess, acute SDH 가 있겠음. Acute SDH 는 subdural space를 따라 퍼지는 Mercedes – Benz sign 을 보이고 epidural abscess 는 peripheral enhancement / infiltration을 가짐. Slot deposit pulsa tanpa potongan
