On CT, a small high density lesion (yellow arrows) was noted in the frontal lobe base. On MR, this lesion showed heterogeneous T1 high, T2/SWI/FLAIR dark signal intensity. Its posterior portion showed contrast enhancement. Along both frontal convexities, abnormal CSF signal (white arrows) was noted as dark SI on SWI and high SI on FLAIR suggesting SAH. On CTA and TFCA, the small enhancing lesion was diagnosed as a large A-com aneurysm. This was a case of SAH from the ruptured A com aneurysm slot deposit pulsa
