Stomach and proximal jejunum are dilated with fluid collection. At the transition zone,a well-defined mass-like lesion containing mottled air bubbles is noted, suggesting bezoar. Therefore, this case is about small bowel obstruction due to bezoar, which needs surgical treatment.
Small bowel feces sign which can be seen in the adhesive ileus, should be differentiated with a bezoar. Bezoars show well-defined margin like a mass, whereas small bowel feces sign shows aggregated mottled air densities with satellite lesions.
