Soft tissue mass containing vascular structure is noted adjacent the left ovarian cystic mass.
On coronal image(Right), torsion knot with whirling of the vessels is clearly delineated (arrows).
If an ovarian cystic mass is symptomatic, associated ovarian torsion should be considered and evaluated.
