C.I: scrotal swelling, BP drop
소견: 초음파에서 음낭벽이 심한 edematous thickenin을 보이고 posterior shadowing 을 동반하는 echogenit dot들이 있어 공기를 시사한다. 고환은 특이소견 없었고, 고환 주위의 echogenic fluid (*)는 complicated hydrocele 이다. CT상 음낭이 커져있고 fluid collection 및 fat infiltration이 있으며 skin과 communication이 없는 air (arrows)가 동반되어 있다. Fournier gangrene으로 진단하였다. slot 5000 pgsoft
