Acute sialadenitis of the right submandibular gland with stone.

On CT images, a small stone is noted in the right submandibular gland duct with upstream ductal dilatation. The right submandibular gland is asymmetrically enlarged and hyperenhanced with surrounding fat stranding. This is a typical case of acute sialadenitis caused by sialolithiasis. dewi188
