On US, heterogeneously echoic mass (arrows) was noted in the posterior wall of the uterine body lower portion. On Color Doppler image, the mass showed internal vascularity. On CT, strongly enhancing mass-like structure was noted on the arterial phase in the uterus (arrows). On portal phase, the lesion showed persistent enhancement without change of the shape.
